  • Benoit is a risk, finance and project management expert who started his career in banking, mining, construction, and infrastructure industries, where he worked on multibillion-dollar projects before shifting full-time to Real Estate (his last corporate role was CEO of a Public-Private Partnership Transit project in Vancouver BC, the Canada Line, a $2 Billion project).

    Benoit’s real estate experience includes various transactions ranging from $50,000 to $50 Million, such as flips, BRRRs projects (Buy, Renovate, Rent, Refinance), condo conversions, buy and holds, land assemblies, and mid-size multifamily development projects.

    With a passion for success and proven track records, Benoit is your trusted partner for navigating the world of value creation through multi-family apartment remodeling and development, capital stack optimization and CMHC financing.

  • Nicco is a Manila-born estate and trust lawyer who is a key advisor to international family offices, charities, and business owners.

    In his career in Singapore, Malaysia, and Vancouver, Nicco has advised on $4.5 billion in assets under management and transactions totaling $750 million.

    His most recent position was at the director level at the Bank of Montreal, which enhanced his strong finance background within the lending landscape.

    She is a key partner in Sunset Investments, primarily focusing on managing a 260-door multi-family portfolio, contributing to the company's growth and profitability.

    Rachel actively oversees daily operations and builds vital relationships with various stakeholders, enhancing the company's overall success.

  • Maria is a lawyer and real estate investor with specialized knowledge in tenancy, municipal by-law, and zoning matters.

    She has advised and acted for numerous municipalities in British Columbia, which is instrumental in development projects.
